When refunds do and don't apply to our services.
HVHA Marketing, LLC ("HVHA," "we," "us") is committed to delivering high-quality marketing services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may and may not apply. Specific terms in your signed service agreement take precedence where they differ.
Discovery and strategy calls are provided free of charge and carry no payment, so no refund applies.
Setup and one-time build fees (for example, the Authority Starter) cover work that begins immediately upon enrollment. Once work has commenced, these fees are non-refundable, as resources and time are committed to your project from day one. If you cancel before any work has begun, you may request a refund of amounts paid for work not yet started.
Monthly management fees pay for services performed during the billing period. Fees for the current period are non-refundable once the period has begun. To stop future billing, see the cancellation terms in your service agreement.
Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms (such as Meta or Google) is controlled by those platforms and is not refundable by HVHA. Any unspent budget held by HVHA on your behalf, if applicable, will be returned.
Because marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, we do not offer refunds based on results or performance. We do commit to performing the Services professionally and as described in your agreement.
To request a refund where eligible, contact us at [email protected] or (619) 261-8465 with your name, the service purchased, and the reason for your request. Eligible refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the most recent revision.
