Refund Policy — HVHA Marketing LLC

Thank you for purchasing services from HVHA Marketing LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). We strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing services and client satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be provided, how to request a refund, and applicable conditions.
1. Scope
**This policy applies to all services sold through hvhamarketing.com, including but not limited to marketing packages, consulting, strategy development, web services, and digital campaigns (collectively, “Services”).
2. Refund Eligibility
Except as described below, all sales are final once Services are delivered and access to deliverables is granted. We generally do not offer refunds for Services once work has commenced or deliverables have been provided. This is due to the digital and professional nature of the Services, which are non-returnable once accessed or performed. 
Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:
• Duplicate or Accidental Payment: If the same payment was processed more than once for the same Service.
• Service Not Initiated: If we fail to begin the agreed Services within the specified start date in your agreement due to reasons solely attributable to us. 
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund under an eligible circumstance above, you must:
  1. Send a written request to [email protected] with your full name, invoice/transaction number, service purchased, date of purchase, and reason for the refund request.
  2. Provide supporting documentation, if applicable (e.g., proof of duplicate payment). 
All refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the transaction date or the date Service delivery was due. 
4. Review and Approval 
All refund requests are subject to review. We will notify you of approval or denial within 5–7 business days of receiving your request.
5. Refund Method and Timeline
If a refund is approved:
• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
• It may take up to 7–14 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times. 
6. Partial Refunds
At our discretion, partial refunds may be offered in situations where partial Service performance has occurred and circumstances warrant a partial reimbursement.
7. No Other Refunds
Except as explicitly provided above, no refunds will be granted for change of mind, dissatisfaction with results after delivery, or decisions to cancel after Service initiation.
